S. T. MOORE Will Probated March Term 1901 Minute Book "8" page 118 I, S. T. MOORE make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my wife S. E. MOORE my home place about Sixty four acres of land during her natural life, and at her death to be sold and equal divided between all my children except GLY LONON my grand son and D. H. MOORE. I give to GLY LONON Five Dollars. I give to my wife S. E. MOORE all of my house hold goods during her life and at her death to be sold and equal divided among all my children except GLY LONON. My wife brought a bed to my house and she a perfect right to do what she pleases with it. I give and bequeath to my wife one wagon one buggy that I may die possessed of I give to her two of my choice horses two cows & calfs and one years provisions and enough farming tools to answer purpose One Sow & pigs all of the poultry All of the stock I own at my death except what I give my wife to be sold by Executor either public or private and equal divided it. I give and bequeath to D. H. MOORE the STAMPS farm Beginning at PIPKINS N. E. 104 poles Cornell N. W. thence South East 12 � poles South 14 � poles West 116 � poles thence North 45 poles containing Thirty acres & � fourths more or less. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint W. A. MOORE my Executor with bond. Witness whereof I do to this my Will set my hand this the Twenty eight day of February one Thousand Nine Hundred. 1900 S. T. MOORE
