I JAMES S. MOODY Publish this as my last Will and testament thereby revoking all others here-to-fore made.

1st � I desire that burial expenses and all just debts be paid out of the first monies that may come into the hands of my Executor and that he proceed as fast as the best interest of my estate my require to wind up all of my business.

2nd After all of my just debts have been paid I will and bequeath to my Sister IDA LOVING all of my estate both Personal and real during her natural life and at her death it is my express will that the remainder shall go to her two children LUCY and EDNA JONES LOVING. I give my sister IDA LOVING full power to use any part of all of the estate conveyed by this will if necessary in educating the two Children LUCY and EDNA JONES LOVING and that my Sister IDA LOVING also may use any part or the whole of the Estate conveyed by this will in the education as aforesaid & for the support of the two children LUCY and EDNA JONES LOVING.

3rd I nominate and name as my Executor my brother WILLIAM S. MOODY
