Will of R. H. Mockbee - Dated 2 Aug 1919

I, R. H. MOCKBEE, of Crockett county., Tennessee do make and publish this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made at any time.

FIRST: It is my will that all my just debts be paid by my executors hereinafter named.

SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife, M. A. MOCKBEE, all my property, both real and personal, including notes, accounts, judgements, stocks and in fact, every kind of property that I may die seized and possessed of, to be hers absolute, to handle, control and to dispose of as she may see proper.

THIRD: I hereby nominate my beloved wife, M. A. MOCKBEE, Executrix to this will waiving oath and bond.

This second day of August 1919.
