I MRS. LYDA MEDLIN do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking and making null and void all others by me made at any time.

First I direct my funeral expenses and all of my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to my beloved son EDWIN TROWELL, one house and lot situated in the city of Jackson Madison County Tennessee.

Thirdly: I give and bequeath to my beloved son FRED MEDLIN and my beloved son EDWIN TROWELL, Jointly one tract of land and being situated in the ---- Civil District of Crockett County Tenn; bounded on the North by DOC HARRIS, on the South by COX Brothers on the East by JIM PORTER, and on the west by JAMES, containing 40 acres more or less.

Fourthly � I give and bequeath to my two sons, EDWIN TROWELL and FRED MEDLIN, equally, all my personal property, share and share alike, of what is left after paying all my debts, and funeral expenses.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother MART EVANS as my executor in witness whereof I do this my last will set my hand this the 29th day of May 1919 (Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen).
