I C. W. McMURRY do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors.

Secondly I desire that Fifteen hundred Dollars be appropriated to the Education of my three younger children SALLIE MATTIE C. GERTIE S. McMURRY tho above three children are not to be charged board only when off from home going to school.

Thirdly I desire that my son DOUGLAS McMURRY one horse and my son ROB'T McMURRY have watch.

Fourthly as for the remainder of my Estate I wish it to be equally divided between all my children. I further desire that my Executors will close the business of my Estate as soon as it is possible for them to do so my Executor is not to give any bond for winding up my Estate.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son J. D. McMURRY my Executor DR. G. H. SULLIVAN and THOMAS McCORD is to assit J. D. McMURRY when nessary in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this 13th day Augt 1879
