Will of J. W. MASSEY Probated April 10; 1924 Minute Book 9 Page __ I, J. W. MASSEY, do this day - the 29 of June 1918 and hereby bequest all of my Personal Property of whatever it may consist of - money or moneys - cows - horses - hogs - corn - hay - wheat - meats, in fact every thing personal is hereby bequeathed to my wife and daughter, MRS. R. M. MASSEY & GLADYS MASSEY, my real estate of 2-5/8 acre gose to the above named parties. The rest of my real estate 51-1/2 acres to be devided equal between A.F. MASSEY O.E. MASSEY and M.V. MASSEY to them and their heirs to have and to hold and non sale able by them only for devision and money to go to their heirs, witness my hand. This the 29 of June 1918. J. W. MASSEY |
