Will of Nannie E. Martin - Dated 24 Jan 1922

I, NANNIE E. MARTIN of the City of Bells, being of sound and disposing mind & memory, do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.

Item. I give, devise and bequeath to my children, J. T. MARTIN, A. C. MARTIN, ADDIE MARTIN, EDITH HOGAN, HATTIE MITCHELL and NANNIE FARROW, the homeplace consisting of about 202 acres situated in the First Civil District Crockett Tenn. It is my desire and will that the homeplace be sold as soon as possible and for its market value and it is also my wish and desire that A. C. MARTIN or LUTHER MITCHELL or both buy this place, if it is not possible for either of them to do so then either of my other heirs to do so, the proceeds of said sale to be divided equally among my above name children, with the exception of $800.00 of which I give and bequeath $200.00 to each of my grandchildren, J. R. NANNIE MAY ADDIE LEE, and FRANCIS PARSONS. it is also my desire and will that this $200.00 which I give and bequeath to each of my grandchildren to be place in some reputable Bank on time Certificate to the credit of each grandchild mentioned above and to remain in Bank until they become of age.

ITEM. I also give and bequeath to ADDIE MARTIN all money that I may have after paying all funeral and necessary expenses, I also give and bequeath to ADDIE MARTIN all household goods with the exception of one feather bed which I give and bequeath to HATTIE MITCHELL also one feather bed which I give and bequeath to EDITH HOGAN, and also the piano which I give and bequeath to NANNIE FARROW.

Item. I do hereby nominate my said son A. C. MARTIN to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
