Will of W. B. MALONE Probated Nov. 27th 1922 Minute Book 10 page 622 This being my last & Testament, I WILLIAM MALONE being of sound mind do make this my last Will. 1st I give and bequeath to my son BENNIE MALONE one half of my farm or land, the other half of farm or land SADIE CARTER my daughter to be evenly divided between them all the rest of my personal property to BENNIE MALONE and SADIE CARTER to be evenly divided except enough to pay EDDIE MALONE five dollars, out of said property this property consists of house hold goods crop of corn, cotton horse & mare with hogs and all the money I have. They to pay all expenses & burial funeral expenses. This Oct. 30th 1922 WILLIAM MALONE
