I MARY LONON of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and Testament...

Mentions: I Loan to SUSAN EVANS Col Wife of JIM EVANS Col'd during her natural life, the tract of Land upon which I now reside, containing Thirty six and one half acres, Conveyed by Deed to me by R. E. BURGESS, and dated the 23d day of January 1866 and registered in the Registers office of Haywood County in Book Y page 17 on the 17th day of March 1866. The said SUSAN EVANS to have the free use and occupation of said tract of land, and every part and parcel thereof, during her natural life, and at her death I give and bequeath, to her children, heirs of her body, the said tract of Land, and every part and parcel thereof, to them and their heirs and assigns forever.

I give a bequeath to SUSAN EVANS Col'd Wife of JIM EVANS Col'd my two horse wagon, and harness, also my old mare known as Cavelry, I give to her SUSAN EVANS.

I give to my sister CELIA ALFORD of Davidson County Tennessee, one Twenty dollar Gold piece of money.

I give to my sister LUCINDA AUSTIN of Caloway County Kentucky one Twenty dollar Gold piece of money.

I give to my Brother BENJAMIN JOHNSONS, dec'd, heirs, EPHRAM, ELLEN, FANNIE, GEORGE, JOHNNIE, CHARLIE, ISAAC & MARTHA JOHNSON the sum of five dollars in money to be equally distributed between them.

I give to my Brother THOMAS JOHNSON of Kentucky one Twenty dollar Gold piece of money.

I give to NANCY EVANS Col'd daughter of JIM EVANS one feather Bed, Bolster, and pillows, and Cases, with 2 sheets one Blanket and three quilts and one Bed stead.

I give to LUCINDA EVANS Col'd daughter of JIM EVANS Col'd one small feather Bed the one up stairs with Boulster & case pillows and Cases two sheets one Blanket and two quilts.

I give to SUSAN EVANS Col'd wife of JIM EVANS Col'd the corn and fodder on hand, the flock of sheep, eight or ten in number, and my entire stock of hogs, ten head and one tin safe also two cows and calves.

I give to JOHN HENRY EVANS, Col'd, son of JIM EVANS Col'd one yellow Filley, 3 years old next spring.

It is my will that my Executor herein after mentioned, after giving ten days notice, sell to the highest Bidder the remainder of my effects, Consisting of House hold and kitchen furniture, and farming utensils.
