My last Will and testament

For the love of my three children, "Namely" GUSS LEGGETT "NOAH LEGGETT" ETHRIDGE LEGGETT" I do bequeath and give to them at my death after my debts and burial expenses are paid "my entire" and all of my property ETHRIDGE LEGGETT to receive $10.00 in value the remainder of my property to be divided equally between GUSS LEGGETT and NOAH LEGGETT as they "two" children may deem necessary as to the best methods of division, and I here by grant and do give the right to GUSS LEGGETT "and NOAH LEGGETT" equally rights to execute this will should either of them die before I do the other one is to execute this will "I do certify that this will has been read to me" and that it is in perfect accord with my will "I do certify that I am of sound mind and in my "usual" good health this April the 6 – 1921.
