Last Will and Testament of AMANDA LAMAN

I, AMANDA LAMAN of Crockett County State of Tennessee, Being of sound and deposing mind, and knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death: Do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all others, if any by me made.

1st. I will that my executor hereinafter named, shall out of any money that I may die seized and possessed of, pay all of my funeral expences, and all other Just debts that I may be owing at the time of my death, as soone after my death as possible.

2d. I will and bequeath to my beloved Cousin, MARY SUSAN GABA, wife of J. L. GABA, all of my realty that I may die seized and possessed of at the time of my death, to be hers absolutely.

3d. Should there be any of my personal effects left, after paying my burial expences and all Just debts, it is my Will and desire that the same shall be equally divided among my lawful representatives.

4th. I hereby appoint JOSEPH L. GABA, husband of the above named MARY SUSAN GABA, Executor to this my last Will and testament, to serve without bond.

In witness I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal on this the 14th day of October 1903.
