I, EMMA KIRBY, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possiable, out any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to MRS. LULA VAUGHN all of my real-estate, after everything is settled; Two Feather beds; Four pillows; one bolster; one dresser and one center table.

Thirdly: I give and bequeath to WALTER SANFORD one quilt; one Bible.

Fourthly: I give and bequeath to MYRTLE SANFORD one quilt top.

Fifthly: I give and bequeath to LEWIS SANFORD One quilt top

Sixthly: I give and bequeath to R. W. KIRBY two quilts; and the family horse.

Seventhly: I give and bequeath to MRS. SOFA SANFORD one trunk and all of my wearing clothes.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint C. E. LATHAN my Executor, and ask him to put a monument on my grave to cost about $35.00 or $40.00.

In Witness whereof, I do to this, my will, set my hand, this the Twenty First Day of December, 1914.
