Last will and Testament of J. R. KELLOW

I, J. R. KELLOW of Crockett County Tennessee, realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

I give, demise and bequeath to my wife, MARY IRENE (HARWELL) KELLOW all of my Property both real and Personal. The real Property being described as follows:
Located in the Twelfth Civil District of Crockett County Tennessee and bounded as follows: on the north by the lands of S. S. CARMAN and the county road; on the East by the lands of the (heirs) of the N. S. HARWELL estate, H. M. ELIZER, D. G. HARBER and IRA D. PARK: on the South by the lands of IRA D. PARK; on the west by the lands of IRA D. PARK and J. W. SEWELL and containing by estimation 42 acres more or less.

I hereby nominate and appoint said MARY IRENE (HARWELL) KELLOW, my wife, sole executrix of this my last will and testament and she is expressly excused from making bond or filing settlement.

In witness whereof, I have this day set my hand this the 24th day of Nov. 1934.
