Last Will and Testament of MRS. MARY (HARWELL) KELLOUGH
Probated Oct. 29, 1940

I, MARY KELLOUGH, of Crockett County, Tennessee, realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

First: I direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as practical by my executrix hereinafter named.

Second: I give, demise, and bequeath to my beloved sister, PEARL HARWELL, all my property, both real and personal, the real property being described as follows:
Located in the 12th Civil District of Crockett County, Tennessee and bounded as follows: Bounded on the north by the lands of S. S. CARMEN and county road; bounded on the South by the lands of IRA D. PARK; bounded on the East by the lands of IRA D. PARK, D. G. HARBER, J. T. PARK and the heirs of N. S. HARWELL estate; bounded on the west by the lands of J. W. SEWELL and IRA D. PARK, and containing by estimation 42 acres, more or less.

Third: I hereby nominate and appoint PEARL HARWELL sole executrix of this my last will and testament, and she is expressly excused from making bond or filing settlement.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, this 28 day of February, 1936.
