I ELISHA KAIL, do make and publish this as my last will and testament...

It is my desire that my two grand-children ANDREW YEARWOOD & ELISHA NEWTON YEARWOOD, the children of my daughter MAHALA YEARWOOD, provided they continue to live with me or in case of my death then with my two younger children SYLVESTER KAIL & ALLICE KAIL, till they the said ANDREW YEARWOOD and ELISHA NEWTON YEARWOOD, shall arrive at the age of twenty one years have each a horse, bridle and saddle & a good suit clothes to be furnished out of my estate, but if they or either of them should leave before arriving at the age of 21 years, then the one so leaving is to have nothing of my property.

I will and bequeath to my daughter MARY ANN PITTMAN, formerly MARY ANN KAIL the sum of five ($5.00) dollars.

I will and bequeath to my younger children SYLVESTER KAIL and ALLICE KAIL the tract of land on which I now live being 105 acres of land together with all the balance of my property that I may die possessed of to be shared by them in equal shares, share & share alike, thus making them equal with what I have heretofore given my other children MAHALA YEARWOOD, HIRAM KAIL, AMANDA MOORE, NANCY JANE TYLER, RUFUS KAIL, FRANK KAIL, LUTICIA KAIL, ISABELLA REVELL, MELVINA EASON and EMMA ELIZA KAIL
