I, THOMAS J. JONES of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me hereto made.

First direct that my body be decently buried and all funeral expences and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may have on hand, or that may come into the hands of my Executor.

2nd I give to my beloved wife FANNIE E. JONES all property of every description, that I may die possessed of, all my interest in land live stock household and kitchen furniture, farming implements crops growing or gathered, any & all moneys that may be collected on debts due me money on hand in fact all property that I may die possessed of or may have any interest in.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife FANNIE E. JONES to be my Executrix, to execute this my Will as above directed, and having full confidence in her integrety, I hereby relieve her from giving any bond as Executrix.

In witness whereof I do to this my Will set my hand this 19 day of April 1886.
