Will of H. C. Jones - Dated Abt. Oct 1894

I, H. C. JONES of the 13th District of Crockett County and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament to wit: -

First: - All my Just debts fully paid.

Secont: - I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal to my wife M. J. JONES and children S. E. JONES, G. L. JONES, WILEY JONES, ZELAND JONES, SEWELL JONES to have and to hold forever.

Third: I nominate and appoint, J. H. WHITE to be executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
