Will of T. M. JOHNSON Probated April term 1913 Minute Book 9 Page 489 January 11th 1908 Know all men by there presants I, T. M. JOHNSON if any thing should hapen to me I want my 2 Sisters in Baltimore notified I want my personal property Solt such as, Stock or any thing on the premises if my twoe Sisters want my land solt I want it Solt to the highest bidder for cash with the understanding that the bid be left open for 30 days from sale so as to let any body have a chance to rais the bid. I also want it advertised in the Alamo paper every week from the Start to the finish I also want it advertised in the Trenton paper for the sam lenght of time I want every thing divided between my twoe Sisters in case that one should be dead. I want the one that lives to have all is left after taking out my exspences if both Sisters are dead. I want it devided amongst the children of my twoe Sisters and Brother MICHAD children their addresser can be found in my effects or by writing to the County Coart Clark of Baltimore County. M.D. their names are MRS. MARY GODWIN did live on the TOM WINANST farm? other is MRS. BRIDGET or DOLLIE McCORMICK living in the Subburbs of Baltimore City M.D. I also have some money in the Friendship Bank. I owe no man nothing but good will.
