Will of R. H. Jetton - Dated 4 Jun 1927

I, R. H. JETTON of Crockett Co., Tennessee., R.F.D. #4 Halls, Tenn. make this my last will. I give, devise, bequeath my personal estate (my real estate having already been distributed) as follows, that is to say: I will that all my personal effects be sold, converted into cash and that the cash then be divided as follows: I give to each of my sons, G. G. JETTON, N. M. JETTON, R. L. JETTON, A. B. JETTON, one sixth of my personal estate and to my daughter ANNIE LAURA JETTON, one sixth of my estate and I give to my grand children, LESLIE NEAL, RAY NEAL, and FLOYE NEAL each one eighteenth of my personal estate, whatever of cash I may have on hand or in Bank at my demise, I will that it be placed with the proceeds of other personal effects prior to distrebution as set forth above.

I will that all my just debts be paid prior to any distrebution.

I appoint my son R. L. JETTON, of Crockett Co., Tenn. R.F.D. #4, Halls, Tenn., Administrator of this my will without Bond.

In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Maury City, Tenn., this 4th day of June 1927.
