Will of ALICE MORTON JENKINS Probated May 14, 1937 June 22, 1936 At the time of my death I give to TATUM JENKINS (my son) my farm which lies above Bells mostly in Crockett County a few acres in Madison County. I also give to him (TATUM JENKINS) my shiforohe and the kitchen chairs which did belong to MR. G. W. TATUM. If I have any cash left in either bank after my debts are paid I also give it to TATUM (my son). What is known as the BRIDGER farm and lying in Haywood and Crockette Countys and at this time is greatly incumbered. At the time of my going away, you three boys, TATUM, CARLOS BERRY and CLARENCE CANADA arrarange with this loan Company at Nashville, and get them to let you all find buyers, sell the land, pay the Company off and divide the remainder into (3) thre equal shares. One share for TATUM J One share for ERMIN JENKINS CANNADA's (2) two children: (CHRISTINE CANADA) and LESLIE CANADA. And one share for OLLIN JENKINS BERRY's Son CARLOS BERRY JR. These childrens Fathers being their gardians (Resspectively). To EMMA (TATUM JENKINS wife) I give my dining room furniture and the old time bureau. As for ods and ends you Children divide them and always be friends. Dictated and written signed by ALICE MORTON JENKINS
