State of Tennessee Crockett County We L. M. JELKS and MRS. ELISABETH LOWERY both of the County of Crockett and State aforesaid do declare and say that we were present with MISS LUCY J. JELKS during her last Illness and before her death and did here her make and state in full the following as her Nuncupative Will as follows to wit.

First I want my Mother MARY H. JELKS to have my entire effects of evry description but in Case she should not wish it There is a bed and bedstead painting it out and discribing it. That I wish JARRETT McLEMORE to have and an old family prep If she does not want that I want my Brother LEON to have and a fine Quilt that my Bro JOHN wanted when out here some time since. I wish him to have it and of various other little relicks she mentioned and Suggested as to whom she wished them given.
