Will of Cyrena F. Jacox - Dated 11 Aug 1892

Know all men by these presents that I C. F. JACOX of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee being of sound mind do hereby make this my last will and testament revoking any former will made by me to the contrary.

I give, bequeathe, and desire to my daughter MAGGIE C. JACOX all my household and Kitchen furniture, all of my stock of any and every kind, all of my notes, and accounts, and monies that I may die possessed of, after paying any and all of my legal indebtitness, and my funeral expenses.

I give to my daughter MAGGIE C. JACOX after my debts, and funeral expenses, are paid all the property real, or personal that I may die seized, and possessed of with the exceptions that I wont my grand Children to have Five Dollars each out of my estate at my death, DENER RAMSEY 5.00 Five Dollars, BETTIE JACOX $5.00 Five Dollars GUSSIE JACOX $5.00 Five Dollars.

I hereby appoint my daughter MAGGIE C. JACOX my Executrix to cary out this my last will and testament.
