Will of Annie B. Harrison Hunter - Dated 24 Jan 1907

I, ANNIE B. HARRISON HUNTER, of the town of Gadsden in the county of crockett, State of Tennessee, of the age of 43 years & being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say:

First - I direct my executrix hereinafter named, to pay out of my estate as a gift and bequest to my husband DR. JOHN HUNTER the sum of $100.00 (one hundred Dollars) to be received by him in lieu of all claim or interest out of my estate.

Second - I give and bequeath to my brother W. K. HARRISON the sum of $50.00 (fifty Dollars) to be received by him in full of all claim out of my estate.

Third: - I give and bequeath to the heirs of my sister ISABELLA JONES, deceased, the sum of $50.00 to be received by them in full of all claim out of my estate.

Fourth: - I give and bequeath to my executrix the sum of $100.00 in trust for the purchase and erection of a suitable tombstone over my Grave.

Fifth: - I request that 1/4 (one fourth of an acre of land including cemetery on HARRISON homestead, in tenth civil district of said co. be retained and held forever by HARRISON heirs as Cemetery in case of change of estate by sale or otherwise.

Sixth: - I give and bequeath to my two sisters JULIA A. MARR and EUGENIA A. CARTER and their heirs forever to share equal, my house hold goods, watch, furniture, pianna and all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and wherever situated.

Seventh: - I hereby appoint EUGENIA A. CARTER the sole executrix of this my Last will and Testament, without bond, in case of her demise, then JULIA A. MARR is to succeed her.
