State of Tenn Dec 31-1913 to whom it may concern this is to certify that I N. M. HOPPER this Day will and Bequeath to E. H. STALLINGS and wife and their heirs and assign for Ever all of my Property that I may own after all my Expenses and Indebtedness has been paid such as Notes and money &c; or any other Property that I may Possess at my Death. I further State that I am of Sound mind and competent to Transact the ordinary Business of Life. N. M. HOPPER
