MARCUS L. HOLLMAN Will Probated ____ Term 1891 Minute Book E. Page 558 & 559 In the name of God Amen I MARCUS L. HOLLMAN considering the uncertainty of my earthly existance do make and publish this my last Will and Testament... 1st That my Executors hereinafter named shall provide for my body a burial suitable to the wishes of family pay all funeral expenses out of the money that may come into there hands. 2d I give to my beloved wife S. A. HOLMAN the tract of land on which I now live all stock of every description that I may die possesed of all farming tools House hold & Kitchen furnature in short all my property of every description to be absolutely hers so long as she may live. 3d after her death if there should be any just debts against my estate the same shall be paid by my personal property... 4th ... my tract of land shall be divided equally by a line running north and south the eastern part shall be sold... and the proceeds divided equally between my son JOHN L. HOLMAN my Daughters A. E. WILLIAMS, N. E. WILLIAMS & F. V. WRAY daughter of DAVID WRAY each of the above named parties recieving one fourth. 5th The western half of my land... I give to my four (4) children now living with me to wit. my son W. L. HOLMAN my daughters M. A. HOLMAN, T. J. HOLMAN and E. M. HOLMAN share & share alike. 6th Lastly I appoint my sons W. L. & JOHN L. HOLMAN to be my Executors... In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this March the 14th 1890. MARCUS L. (X) HOLMAN
