Know all men by these presence that I MRS. M. J. HAY, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any time made.

Item 1st: Out of the first funds which come into the hands of my Executor hereinafter named, I direct that my burial expenses paid and if I should owe any debts he is to pay same.

Item 2: After the payment of my burial expenses and my debts if any, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter E. P. LOTT, wife of WILL F. LOTT, all of the residue of my property, of whatsoever character and wherever situated including house hold and kitchen furniture, sewing machine, beds and bed cloths, and in fact everything I own at the time of my death after my burial expenses and debts are paid.

Item 3: I nominate my son-in-law WILL F. LOTT the Executor of this my last will and testament without bond. Witness my hand, this March 16th, 1908.
