Alamo, Tennessee
January 26th, 1914

I, M. B. HARRIS, knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, being sound of mind, and disposing memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills heretofore at any time by me made.

First. I want my executor, hereinafter named, out of the first monies that come into his hands to pay all my just debts, funeral and burial expenses.

Second. I hereby give and bequeath to J. B. McCOUTCHEON all of my real estate of every kind and description, whereever it may be at the time of my death, and also all the notes, account chosen in action, monies, and all evidences of indebtedness of every kind that I may have on hand at the time of my death, including my individual notes, and notes and accounts that are in my possession, or belonging to me that once belonged to the firm of HARRIS and McCOUTCHEON. All of said property, both personal and real that I may own at the time of my death shall be his absolutely.

Third. I purposely will to my brother, WILLIAM J. BOWEN, now in Texas, or if he is dead, to his children, five dollars, also to my brother C. H. BOWEN, if living, or to his children, five dollars, and to my niece ORA BOWEN, now HARRISON, five dollars, my half brother and sisters, or their heirs are purposely left out.

Fourth. In other words, it is my will and desire that the said J. B. McCOUTCHEON shall have everything that I die seized and possessed of, consisting of this world's goods, both real and personal.

Fifth. I hereby nominate and appoint as my executor to carry out this, - my last will and testament, the said J. B. McCOUTCHEON, and having full faith and confidence in his integrity, he is not required to give bond as such or to take the oath.

In testimony whereof I hereto sign my name on this the 26th day of January, 1914.
