Will of THOMAS HARRELL

I, THOMAS HARRELL do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come in the hands of my Executor.

Secondly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife LUAN HARRELL all the balance of my property both real and personal.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint J. T. STAMPS my Executor. In witness whereof I do to this my Will set my hand this the 8th of July 1895.
