I, MRS. SARAH ELIZABETH HARMON, wife of JOHN H. HARMON, deceased, of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee, being fully impressed with the uncertainly of human life and being sound in mind, do hereby make the following as my last will and testament revoking all other wills, if any heretofore made by me.

FIRST: - I give and consecrate my life to God and commend my spirit to Him who gave it.

SECOND: - I direct that my funeral and burial appearal be such as I have or may prescribe hereafter, neat and not of a gorgeous or showy style.

THIRDLY: - I direct that my Executor whom I will hereinafter nominate to pay off my funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my demise.

FOURTH: - I give and bequeath to FRANK C. SHELTON all of my house hold and kitchen furniture, farming tools, stock of all kinds, notes, money in fact all that I possess at my death.

FIFTH: - I nominate FRANK C. SHELTON as Executor off this will and ask the court to excuse him from bond oath as I have full faith in his integrity. Given under my hand and I declare the same as my last will and testament. This December 1909.
