I, R. B. HARBER, make this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all others and making void all others.

First, I give to my wife EMILINE HARBER, my home tract of land bounded as follows, to witt: Bounded on the North by (my son) JAKE W. HARBER, one the West by (my Son) JAKE W. HARBER and BYASSE on the South by PATTERSON, on the East by Forked Deer River and containing about two hundred and fifty acres more or less, her lifetime; but she is not to sell or dispose of any timber, only enough to keep up the place, also two horses, two cows, plow tool sufficient to run the place, two beds and all kitchen furniture; this personal property is only for her life time and at her death to be sold by the executor of this will and equally divided.

Second I give my Son J. R. HARBER two and 50/100 Dollars in money.

Third I give my daughter ALIS BESSEY two and 50/100 dollars in money.

Fourth I give my daughter MATTIE HARBER three hundred & no/100 dollars in money and one feather bed.

Fifth I give my daughter MOLLIE HARBER three hundred & no/100 dollars in money.

Sixth I give my daughter ELLEN HARBER three hundred & no/100 in money, one Sorrel mare three years old and one feather bed.

Seventh I give my daughter MINNIE YOST four hundred & no/100 dollars in money, one bay filley about three years old with white hind feet and blazed face and one feather bed.

Seventh Continued Now, if I have given my daughters MATTIE, ELLEN and MINNIE beds before my death they are not entitled another bed.

Eighth I give my Son JAKE W. HARBER, my entire tract of land of about two hundred and fifty two acres (which is described in this will in article First) at the death of my wife EMILINE HARBER.

Ninth I direct that all personal property that I may die possessed of, not mentioned in this bequeath shall be sold by the executor of this will, and my funeral expenses and all other debts paid with the proceeds, Also a nice tombstone, not to exceed one hundred dollars in cost, to be placed at my grave, and the remainder of the money, if any, to be paid on the ($1,305.00) Thirteen hundred five and no/100 Dollars bequest made by me, in money in this Will; though if not a sufficient amount of proceeds from such sale, the executor of this will JAKE W. HARBER, is to pay the remainder.

Now if my wife of children, any one of them, is dissatisfied with this will and should undertake to change or brake the same I direct my executor to defend the will and to pay the expenses of such suit, if any out of such one's part filing the complaint.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint JAKE W. HARBER my executor.
