Will of JOHN H. HARBER - Probated Oct. 11th 190_

I, JOHN H. HARBER of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee being of sound memory and aware of the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, make and publish this as my last will and testament.

1st. I desire a decent interment and all my Just debts be paid by my Executor herein after to be appointed by me.

2d. I will to my beloved wife RACHEL LAVINA HARBER, all property of every kind real and personal for her use during her natural life.

3d. After the death of my wife RACHEL LEVINA HARBER I will to LOUISA GRANT my daughter and MARY FRANCIS CRUMWELL my daughter also and to my son WILLIAM H. HARBER, Five dollars to each of them, to paid by my Executor.

4th. I will and bequeath to my three sons, NEWTON H. HARBER, GEORGE W. HARBER & ALBERT F. HARBER and equal share of all real and personal property that remains after making the above named allowance in section three.

5th. I hereby nominate and appoint my son NEWTON H. HARBER to execute this my last will and testament. This the fifth day March 1901.
