J. H. HANNAH - Will - Probated Apr. Term 1902

In the name of God Amen. I J. H. HANNAH though weak of body but with a perfectly sound mind I do leave to my son J. J. HANNAH the four acre lot that I bought of R. W. FLEMING with all the improvements with the understanding that said J. J. HANNAH will take care of me the short time that I have to live and in the event of the aforesaid J. J. HANNAH failing to comply with the aforesaid agreement then this is null and void. My wish is that the place be sold and equally divided between my three Boys with JOHN the privelege of buy the other two shares.

I leave and bequeath to my son J. G. HANNAH the two acre lot that I bought of R. W. FLEMING on the South-East corner of said lots.

I leave to my son ROBT. the two acre lot that I bought of WASH CATES and BRIDGERS commencing at the Stake Running to the JOHNSON line.
