Know all men by these presence, That I, F. P. HALL this day, the 12 day of May in the year of our Lord 1895 make my last Will and Testament.

1. I want all my debts paid if I am owing any thing.

2. I then bequeath to my loving Wife E. A. HALL all my effects both real and personal to use and control as she sees proper and at her death I want all that remains to be equally divided between my 4 children JAMES HALL, WM. P. HALL, J. F. A. HALL & MARTHA A. McLEAN and 5 grand children G. T. TATUM, WM. N. TATUM, ELIZABETH LEVINA TATUM, JOSEPH F. TATUM, EDGAR W. TATUM to have 1 / 5 a childs part.
