Will of Sarah R. Goode - Dated 21 Jul 1919

Know all men by these presents, that I, SARAH R. GOODE of Crockett County, Tennessee, being sound in mind and body and in mind, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others made by me.

I do give, will, bequeath and devise to my brother J. E. GOODE all of my property, both real and personal, including money, notes accounts lands of every kind and discription, that I may have at my death.

I give, will, bequeath and devise to my said brother J. E. GOODE the land that I now have in the 6th civil district of Crockett County, Tenn. and bounded on the East by the lands of MRS. NORVILLE, South by the lands of J. E. GOODE, West by JOHN LOMON and on the North by J. E. GOODE, containing eleven and one half acre more or less.

I nominate and appoint my brother J. E. GOODE executor to this will without bond or oath.

This the 21st day of July 1919.
