After my death I want my Daughter S. R. I. GOODE to have 12 Acres of land including my House begining at A stake west of the new Barn in MRS. ELVA KAILs east boundary line thence north 282 yards to A stake thence east across the front lot to JAMES NORVELs west Boundary line to A stake thence South with this 282 yds to A stake thence west through the new Barn to the Beginning Being 12 Acres more or less to have as her own I want J. E. GOODE to have 8-/12 Acres South of hers and 3-1/2 North of hers as his own.
I want the ballance of my land sold and the proceeds equally divided between my other 5 children Namely
WM. GOODE
T. D. GOODE
TANNEY MARTIN
GEORGE S. GOODE
J. R. GOODE
and if the Moor land in Fayette Cty is divided my part is to bee divided between my Seven children Above named.
