I, GROVER CLEVELAND GILLILAND of Crockett County Tennessee Do make and Publish This my Last Will and testament hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.

1. I Commend my Soul to my creator who gave it.

2. I Direct That all my Debts be paid by my Executor as Soon after my Death as Possible.

3. I Direct That my Executor Shall collect all my Debts Due me Including my two Insurance Policies One Policy taken out about Six Years ago In the Greensbourah North Carolina Changed now to Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Co No 10528 of Greensboro N. C. also my Policy in

4. The Woodman of the World. My Debts to be paid out of money collected from my Policies; and The balance with all of my Personal Property

5. I give and bequeth to my father and mother JAMES F. GILLILAND and NANCY V. GILLILAND Equil and if one Survive The other to go to the Survivor.

6. I appoint my Father JAMES F. GILLILAND to be Executor of This Will without Bond.
