Know all men by these presents that I ELIZABETH GILESPIE of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee... do hereby make this my last will and testament...

Mentions:

My present estate consists in a house and lot in Maury City Crockett County...

That my Executor pay to MRS. ELLA CHANDLER wife of JOHN CHANDLER the sum of one hundred dollars.

The remainder of my estate to be equally distributed between my three living daughters or their heirs... VIRGINIA McINTOSH, SUSAN M. LYONS, ELLA CHANDLER and the children of my deceased daughter NANNIE LEE they representing one share namely CORA GOOCH, IVY LEE, AUTHOR LEE and DAISEY LEE.

I consider I have already done as much for MRS. AMANDA ROE as any of my other children will be benefited... she or her heirs are to get one dollar.
