Will of Jerry E. Gibson - Dated 14 Nov 1914

Be it remembered, that I, JERRY E. GIBSON of Crockett county Tenn. Being in sound body and mind, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made, if any.

I – It is my will that my executrix hereinafter named and appointed, will pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of the first money that comes into her hands.

II – I do hereby will, give bequeath and devise to my neice RONER PROCTOR, the wife of BUD or WILLIAM PROCTOR all of my property, real, personaL, moneys, notes accounts, chosen in action, in fact each and every article of property that I may own at my death after all my just debts are paid. It must be understood that I will and give this property to the said RONER PROCTOR, for her sole, separate use and benefit, to be free from the debts and liabilities of her present husband or any future husband.

III – In the event she should die without any children being born to her in lawful wedlock then it is my will that the property that she gets from my estate, that is if she has any of it at her death, then it is to be equally divided between my brothers and sisters if living or their heirs in case of their death before mine or the said RONER PROCTOR.

IV - I will the said RONER PROCTOR my property, because she is living with me and keeping house for me, and I purposely leave out all my other relatives.

Given under my hand and seal this the 14 day of November 1914.

I appoint the said RONER PROCTOR as my executor, without bond.
