I JOSEPH FULLALOVE being of a sound mind and good memory do hereby make and publish the following writing to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills heretofore by me made.

Item 1st I want my Exutrix to pay all of my just debts as soon after my death as fast as fast any monies may come into her hands and for this purpose I give to my wife ANNIE FULLALOVE who will qualify as my Exutrix all of my personal property of every description including my stock of merchandise notes books of accounts that may be due me with the prvalige to continue the business of buying and sell goods as she may wish.

Item 2 I Give to my wife ANNIE FULLALOVE all of my real Estate Consisting of my Store House and ware house and lots in the town of Gadsden Tennessee togather with my tract of land lying in the third civil district of Crockett County Tennessee also a tract of about four acres lying in the second civil district of Crockett County Tennessee near Masons Grove with full power and authority to sell all or any part of the same and make title to the purchaser as full and affectually as though I were to do the same myself.

Item 3 I hereby nominate and appoint my wife ANNIE FULLALOVE my Exectrix to this my last will to carry out the same and I hereby wave and release her from giving bond and security as is required by law to this appointmen as such Execitriex this the 25th day of July 1887.
