R. T. D. FOUCHE Will Probated Sept. 16, 1907 See M. B. 8" Pg. 714 I, R. T. D. FOUCHE being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make this my last will & testament hereby revoking all other wills by me hereto fore made, first, I direct & it is my desire that as soon after my death as practiable, my Executor, or Executrix whom I shall hereafter name have my body decently buried. Second I disier & it is my will that my Ex'r or Executrix pay my burial expenses and all my just debts that I may be owing at the time of my death out of any moneys that I may die possessed of. Thirdly I name and appoint my bloved wife GEORGIANA, my Executrix & it is my will and desire that immediately after my death she take & have full control and possession of all my estate both real and personal of every name or kind to hold & own absolutely & in fee simple forever for her sole use & benefit In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my name in the presence of witnesses this – day of Feb. 1891.
