I WILLIAM FOLLIS of the County of Madison and State of Tennessee, do make and publish this as my Last will and testament...

To daughter, ELIZABETH W. SURRIE, Five dollars.
To son, ALLEN H. FOLLIS, Five dollars.
To daughter, POLLY CLANDENNAN's Children, Five dollars.
To my beloved wife, NANCY, various items of personal property and land.
To son, THOMAS H. FOLLIS, the land given to wife at her death or re-marriage.
To sons, J. J. FOLLIS, G. M. FOLLIS, WILLIAM P. FOLLIS, JAMES A. FOLLIS, and daughter, REBECCA M. BELL, the proceeds of sale of other personal property.
Executors: WM. P. FOLLIS and JAMES A. FOLLIS.
