Will of W. N. FIFE Probated April 2, 1929 Know all persons by these presents that my will and testament is that all of my property personal and realty consisting of about 162 Acres of land five head of Horses & Mules Four head of cattle about 17 head of Hogs & Pigs, wagon, Buggy and Farming tools & also my interest in crop now on place, at my death be left for the use and benefit of my Bro. H. C. FIFE my sister H. E. FIFE and my niece MAMIE O. FIFE to used and enjoyed by them in an economical way while they live and remain unmarried and when the last one shall have married or died then all my property shall be equally divided between my Brothers & Sisters or their children. Provided that at my death the executor shall dispose of enough of my Personalty to pay all of my indebtedness, I also name as my executor my Brother H. C. FIFE and without bond. Signed in the presence of these witnesses this the 1st of Nov. 1902. W. N. FIFE
