H. H. FIFE Will Probated November Term 1891 Minute Book E. page ___ I, H. H. FIFE of the state of Tennessee and County of Crockett on this tenth day of April Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Nine make this my last will hereby abrogating all others made previous to this date. 1st what I give to my Daughters will be to them and intirely under their control. 2nd I Lone to my wife MARY FIFE during her life all viseble property personal and real, consisting of House hold and Kitchen Furnature and appertainances with all live stock Horses cows sheep and Hogs wagon Buggy and Harnes with all provisions on hand growing crops my Home where I live. 3d The personal property on hand to my wife, at her death to my son WILLIAM N. FIFE and Daughter ALLEY E. FIFE. 4th My home and Land to my wife above Bounded and described as follows to witt. (lengthy description of property)... bounded by GABEREL ROBERTSON, STARKY HARRELL, DAVIS WORRELS, not far from the House of J. J. EDWARDS... containing 80 acres more or less, I give and convey to my three children (to witt) WILLIAM N. FIFE, ALLEY E. FIFE and ROBERT G. FIFE Divided as follows (to witt) WILLIAM N. FIFE thirty acres on the west end, ALLEY E. FIFE in the midle and embracing my residence and all Building belonging thereto and twenty five acres and W. N. FIFE to manage the same for her and to R. G. FIFE twenty five acres on the east dividing lines runing north and south. 5 to my Son A. C. FIFE I give his Indebtedness three notes of Differant dates two of one Hundred dollars each, and one of 40 forth dollars and the balance of my effects in notes after Burial Expences when collected to be equaly Divided between my 3 married Daughters to witt ANN WARE, JULIA H. WORREL and MARTHA T. MEEKS. Given under my hand the date above written. H. H. FIFE In addition to the foregoing I appoint my son WILLIAM N. FIFE Executor and having full confidence in his Integrity I direct he shal not be placed under Legal or moral obligation, date as above. H. H. FIFE
