A. T. FIELDER - Will - Probated September Term 1893 Minute Book F Page 117 In the name of God I ALFRED TYLER FIELDER of the county of Crockett and State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory...do make constitute and ordain this my last will and testament... Wishes that his burial services are to be conducted by a minister of M. E. Church south... Mentions: To my wife, ISABELLA FIELDER, my entire estate during her natural life in order that she may have as ample subsistance while she lives as she has been the divider of my sorrows for near fifty years and after her death... I give and bequeath... To my nephew, JULIUS ACTON HINTON (whoom we have raised from a child), my entire real and personal estate consisting of 157 acres of land... Description of land contains deeds made to A. T. FIELDER by: JOHN MITCHELL for 65 acres, dated Dec 25, 1845; JOHN H. YORK, for 30 acres, dated February 15, 1847; JOHN H. YORK for 115 acres, dated July 20, 1860, out of the two last named deeds I sold to SAMUEL H. STRAYHORN 56 acres. Also a deed of gift to the M. E. Church south... all of these deeds are recorded in Dyersburg, Dyer County, Tenn. Also, a deed made to A. T. FIELDER by MARK BOWEN and wife M. F. E. BOWEN for 4 acres... dated Dec. 30, 1884. Also a deed was given to the M. E. Church south to 1/2 acres. The two last named deeds are recorded in Alamo, Crockett Co., Tenn. ... All the described lands join and also bound the land of MARK BOWEN, JAMES READS, B. F. FIELDER Heirs and others [not named]... Should my nephew J. A. HINTON died intestate and without any bodily heirs that neither his father or any of his half brothers or half sisters or their heirs (he having one own sister) shall have any part of my estate as they have never done anything for the said J. A. HINTON. Executor: JULIUS A. HINTON

Witnesses: Codicill .. that I having sold seventy five acres of the land mentioned in the will to C. T. ACLIN & W. H. ANDERSON and hold their notes for the sale of same for one thousand and Four Hundred dollars... the proceeds of the notes be paid to the parties mentioned in this will...
