I, W. W. EVANS, being a person of sound mind, in case of my death, I do bequeath all my property both personal and real to my wife, MARY EVANS. MARY EVANS is hereby appointed admx without bond.

It is expressly understood that said MARY EVANS is to make division with any and all heirs as she may see fit, but only with the permission and consent of J. W. EVANS and S. E. McDONALD. Said MARY EVANS is not to make any great expenditures of money without consent and approval of said J.W. EVANS and S. E. McDONALD. MARY EVANS may sell or trade any stock, cattle or crops now on hand with above conditions.
