I, MRS. T. J. EVANS, of Crockett Co. Tenn do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made at any time.

Item I. I nominate and appoint MISS ADDIE EVANS of Crockett County, Tenn executor of this my will and testament, without bond, and direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.

Item II. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband T. J. EVANS all of the property both real and personal during his natural life time, and at his death should he outlive me, I want all my property to go to my daughters, ADDIE EVANS and ETHEL EVANS, so long as they do not marry, but if one should marry, in that event I want all my property to go to the other so long as she stays single - and in the event that both of them should marry I want all of my property to revert back to my estate to be devided among all of my other heirs according to the laws of the state, or if one of them should die I want the other to hold all until she shall marry or until her death and then be divided as the law directs among all my heirs.
