Will of J. WILL EVANS
Probated Nov. 23, 1934

I, J. WILL EVANS, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking others previously made by me.

1st. In token of the love and esteem I have for my wife, ETTA EVANS, I will and bequeath all of my property, both personal and real estate to the said ETTA EVANS during her lifetime.

2nd. In the event of the death of my wife, ETTA EVANS, before my daughter, BLONDELL EVANS, becomes twenty one years of age or until the said BLONDELL EVANS marries, should she do so before she reaches the age of twenty one, it is my request that the said BLONDELL EVANS receive the proceeds of the income from my real estate, to be paid to her as hereinafter mentioned, until she may become twenty one years of age or until she marries, provided she may do so before she reaches the age of twenty one. But in no event is the said BLONDELL EVANS to receive entire income from the said real estate after she becomes twenty one years of age.

3rd. It is my request that after the death of my wife and after the said BLONDELL EVANS reaches the age of twenty one years or until the said BLONDELL EVANS marries, should she do so before she reaches the age of twenty one, all of my property of every kind be divided equally between my children, MINNIE SUTTON, PEARL EVANS, BERNICE EVANS, GRACIE EVANS HUMPHREYS, and BLONDELL EVANS.

4th. It is my request that my son BERNICE EVANS, be appointed Executor of this my last will and testament, with full authority to manage the real estate that I may leave after my death, and pay the proceeds of the income from said real estate to my wife ETTA EVANS during her life and after her death pay the proceeds from said farms to my daughter, BLONDELL EVANS, as per the terms set out above, and I ask the Court to appoint him as my executor without requiring the usual bond.
