Will of J. D. Edwards - Dated 12 Feb 1937

I, J. D. EDWARDS a Citizen of Crockett County Tenn and of the 5th civil district Do make this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills made at any time by me.

First. I will and direct that all of my debts be paid by the Administrators here in after named.

Second. I will give and bequeath all of my property both real estate and personal where ever found or located to my two children DORRIS EDWARDS and JAMES DAVID EDWARDS share and share alike.

Third. I name my brothers E. E. EDWARDS and J. B. EDWARDS as the administrators of my Estate with out bond as is usually required by law and I give them the authority to sell and convey any patch or all of land If it is necsary to sell same to raise funds to settle my debts.
