Know All Men By These Presents:

I, WILLIAM ROBERT DUNGAN do hereby make my last will and Testament, and do bequeath to my wife MRS. LIZZIE (WILLIAMS) DUNGAN all of my Personal Property and all of my real estate until her death. At the death of my wife all of the real estate bequeathed to her by this will shall be divided equally among my three children MRS. CLARICE (DUNGAN) McCLISH, HARMON DUNGAN and MRS. NINA (DUNGAN) FREEMAN, Provided that my daughter CLARICE is not married and in case she is married, then her part of my property shall be divided equally between her two children EVELYN McCLISH and JOE McCLISH. The Part of my Property received by my daughter CLARICE shall not be sold by her during her life time but it is her property during her life time, Provided she does not marry, in which case it automatically becomes the property of her two children EVELYN and JOE McCLISH. If my daughter CLARICE received her part of my property as a single person and so wishes she may deed it to her two children EVELYN and JOE at any time that she wishes to do so.

This restriction upon the property of my daughter CLARICE shall in no way interfere with or bind the the division of the Property to my other children HARMON DUNGAN and MRS. NINA FREEMAN.
