F. P. DRINKARD Will Probated 16 Day of Sept. 1907 See M. B. "8" Pg. 711 I, F. P. DRINKARD do make this as my last will & testament hereby revoking all other wills that may have at any time been made by me. 1st I will & bequeath to my wife P. J. DRINKARD my entire possessions both Real & Personal during her natural life or while she remains a widow in case of her death or marriage I will & bequeath to E. H. & R. C. DRINKARD my House hold & kitchen furniture and also my Farming tools including my wagon & buggie the remainder of my personaL property to be equally divided with the following heirs to wit: R. F. DRINKARD, J. B. DRINKARD, E. H. DRINKARD & R. C. DRINKARD I also appoint R. F. DRINKARD to execute the above will. Given under my hand this April 27th 1903. F. P. DRINKARD
Witnesses: I also direct that my Daughters L. H. ALLEN, E. J. LEWIS & M. C. HALL, have an equal division with the within heirs. Given under my hand July 28th 1903. F. P. DRINKARD |
